When I first came to Vitality Health Center on April 25th, 2011, I had an evaluation on how much feeling I had or not in my feet and toes. Dr. Johnston stated that 75 was the normal number to have.
I was devastated when I was told my numbers! My left foot was at 18 and my right was at 48. Today, May 27th, 2011, he evaluated me again. My left foot is at 54, and my left toes are at 50. My right foot is at 70, and my right toes are at 68.
I am so happy right now. I can’t explain how much this has done for me. Not just physically, but mentally! I am ecstatic!!

I came to Vitality Health Center with some major back issues that were really affecting my quality of life. I am very active in sports- softball, golf basketball. The pain was pretty consistent. I have had a lot of trouble with sciatic nerve problems and family history of back problems. I have been fighting this for about 35 years. My life was full of pain- it was just there constantly- 24 hours a day. Then I would do something that was just part of my regular life- teaching, raising giant breed dogs- occasionally I would get this shooting pain and my life would grind to a halt. I struggled downstairs one day after an episode and being on my back for about a week and a half. I was by myself and just happened to turn on the TV and Dr. Johnston was on Colorado and Company.
I rarely have pain now unless I do something stupid like try and move a dresser. Its no longer in the back of my mind all the time. I can do all kinds of things.
I carry wood, I can shovel snow, its like having a life like everybody else does. Since the very beginning the staff has been very personable, they take the time for you and are involved in you.

I came down with an incredibly difficult back and sciatica problem. I had to stop my Pilates and my walking. Literally by Thanksgiving I could not walk. I was frankly scared. I love to play golf and felt really threatened. I had a real compression problem in my lower back.
I felt that I could start doing pretty much what I wanted to and my life today is back to where it used to be- doing Pilates and walking and golfing. And no pain-that’s the big thing- no pain. I have recommended them to others- it’s a no brainer.
If you are in pain like you are not used to, in my opinion, this is the only thing that I have heard of and now experienced it that comes close to really solving the problem. I have had very little pain for over a month and half.

When I came in I could not sleep at night. I would go to the kitchen table to catch a few winks. My grandson was driving me around. My doctor said that there was nothing they could do about it. I called up Vitality and made an appointment. Within the first two treatments I was really feeling better.
I can walk, I can sleep, I can sit, it has been great! I get a treatment three times a year.
If I had not gotten treatment I would not be walking today- I could not go on.

I started having back pain when I was thirty. I have multiple bulging discs and tears. I have been to probably 4 different chiropractors- this was my last effort before trying surgery. My pain is substantially better and I am very active. It has provided a better quality of life and my pain is about 75% better- it is crazy, it is really working.
I just got married 6 months ago and my wife was tired of hearing me complain all the time. I love living here in Colorado and moving forward I am looking forward to enjoying activity and not having my low back be such an impediment.
I would tell people to give it a shot- I think what Dr. Johnston does is really cater to your needs. It really makes sense what he is doing and I had to give it a shot. Lower back pain you become used to it and you forget how much pain you are really living in. It’s great. If you are skeptical give it a shot. I think it really works.
